You must allow sufficient time to reach your destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic or if the passenger is not ready on time.

Book a suitable vehicle for your group and luggage. We are not responsible for excess luggage that doesn’t fit.

Prices & Payments

Quoted prices are based on the provided information. Changes to itinerary, passenger count, or vehicle type may alter the price. Pricing is per vehicle, not per person.

Additional charges apply for detours, extra mileage, tolls, or delays.

Phone Bookings

Phone bookings are available 24/7. Calls may be recorded. We are not liable for incorrect info provided during the call.

Additional Pick-ups/Drop-offs

Extra charges apply per mile and per stop based on vehicle size.

Cancellations

  • 6+ hours notice: Full refund (minus merchant fee).

  • 4–5 hours notice: 50% refund (minus merchant fee).

  • Within 3 hours: No refund.

  • Company-initiated cancellations: Full refund.

  • Cash bookings: No charge with 6+ hours’ notice.

Waiting Time

Free waiting time from pickup time:

  • Heathrow/Gatwick/Southend: 45 mins

  • Stansted/Luton: 30 mins

  • London City: 15 mins

  • Biggin Hill: 20 mins

After this, waiting charges apply per 20 minutes. If you fail to inform us, the driver will leave, and the booking will be marked as “No Show.”

Finding Your Driver

It’s your responsibility to contact the company at pickup time. Failure to do so and leaving without communication is a “No Show.”

No Show

No refund will be issued if you don’t show up or don’t answer your phone. A booking is a “No Show” if the passenger isn’t at the pickup point.

Liabilities

We are not liable for missed flights or financial losses due to road issues, weather, or technical faults. Ensure your contact number is correct and reachable.

Fouling or Vomiting

You will be charged minimum £45 and may be liable for missed bookings.

Travelling with Pets

Inform us in advance. Pets must be in secure cages. Damages will incur charges starting from £75. Aggressive pets may cause the ride to be canceled with no refund.

Non-Solicitation of Drivers

Do not make bookings directly with drivers. Any such trip is not our responsibility and is not insured.

Refunds

  • 6+ hours notice: Full refund (minus merchant fee).

  • 3–6 hours: Partial refund.

  • Less than 3 hours: No refund.

  • Missed flights: Refund after deduction of bank fees.

  • Incorrect booking info: No refund.

  • International refunds: Subject to £10 bank fee minimum.
